What Makes These Fixtures Different
Most LED high bays are commodity products. Light output specs look the same. Price is the only visible difference. These fixtures are built differently: die-cast aluminium housing, not stamped sheet metal. Every unit goes through waterproof testing and burn-in before it ships.
Two decisions that separate these fixtures from a commodity high bay.
Die-Cast Aluminium, One-Piece Housing
The entire housing is cast as a single piece of aluminium. The heat sink fins are part of the casting, formed during the same pour. No joints, no rivets, no thermal paste between layers. Heat transfers from LED board to air through one continuous metal body.
Every Unit Tested Before It Leaves
Each fixture is powered on, waterproof tested, and optically measured. A batch inspection report ships with every order. This is standard across our factory floor, for every product line.

Our round UFO high bays deliver wide, even light distribution for general industrial and commercial spaces. A single-piece die-cast aluminium housing handles heat through one continuous metal body. Eight circle-driver models cover different wattages and mounting heights. For facilities that need reliable general illumination without a specialized environmental rating, this is the default choice.

These fixtures share tooling, assembly procedures, and quality gates with every other high bay product we make. The same 100% burn-in test. The same waterproof verification. The same optical measurement on every unit.
In-House Die Casting
The housing starts as aluminium ingot in our own die-casting workshop. One pour forms the body, the heat sink fins, and the mounting bracket anchor points. This eliminates the thermal interfaces that degrade over time in multi-part housings.
Waterproof Tested to IP65, Every Unit
Every fixture passes a pressurized water test before it enters burn-in. The gasket seal between the housing and the lens is verified on each unit individually.
Burn-In and Optical Verification
Each unit completes burn-in testing under load. Power, power factor, and luminous flux are measured and recorded. The batch inspection report ships with the order.
