Breather Valve and Aluminum Profile Heat Sink
A waterproof breather valve comes standard, balancing internal and external air pressure to stop fogging and frosting inside the fixture. The aluminum profile heat sink moves heat off the LEDs fast.

Three Series, One Optical Platform
All three series share the same 150 to 240W range, 150/180 lm/W efficacy, and 90×120° or 40×120° rectangular beams. LHB02 and LHB03 offer two aluminum profile housings with chain or bracket mounting and a sensor option. LHB04 adds power and CCT selection in a slimmer 71mm-deep housing, so one fixture covers multiple project specs.

Linear fixtures run on the same assembly line as our round high bays, with checks added for the components that define this product family.
Driver Configuration Per Order
The specified driver brand, whether Philips, MOSO, Inventronics, or Mean Well, is fitted and verified against the order before assembly closes.
Breather Valve and Seal Check
Each fixture receives its waterproof breather valve and passes an IP65 sealing inspection, confirming pressure balance and moisture protection.
Burn-In and Function Test
Every fixture completes a burn-in cycle. Sensor-equipped units and LHB04 power and CCT selection run a function check before packing.
