Steel Mills

Radiant heat from molten metal keeps ceiling temperatures above 60°C throughout operating hours. Lights mounted 15–25 meters high. Every replacement means shutting down part of the line.

Air temperatures swing from ambient to 80°C during pour cycles. Dust, vibration, and thermal shock test every component in the fixture.

Electrolysis Plants

Separated Design. Separate Results.

When the LED array and the driver share the same housing, both heat sources compound. The driver fails first. The HB81 solves this with a physical separation between the power chamber and the lamp body. Heat stays in the housing. The driver stays cool. Deployed in electrolysis workshops where ambient temperatures hit 70–80°C during production cycles.

Split Power Chamber

The driver sits in a separate compartment, thermally isolated from the LED array. Two heat sources stay independent.

Temperature-Controlled Driver

Built-in thermal protection keeps the driver within safe operating range when ambient temperatures spike.

Rated -30°C to 85°C

From cold start to peak heat. One fixture covers the full operating range of your facility.

IP65/IP66 Sealed

Dust, moisture, and airborne particles stay out. Sealed housing with silicone gaskets and stainless steel fasteners.
