One Adjustment Logic, Three Form Factors
HB55 is the multi-optics UFO: seven beam distributions from a 25° spot to T2-M, T3-M, and T4-M roadway patterns, plus a glass lens. HB63 is the hygiene UFO: a smooth wipe-clean housing with IP65 sealing for food and clean environments. LHB04 is the aisle fixture: a linear housing with rectangular 90×120° or 40×120° beams. All three carry power and CCT selection, so the same stocking logic applies across your whole project.

Every Selection Switch, Tested
A field-adjustable fixture only earns its value if every setting works on site. Three checks confirm the adjustment functions before packing.
Power Selection Function Test
Every unit runs through each selectable power setting, and output is verified against the rated value at every step.
CCT Selection Function Test
Each color temperature setting is switched on and checked, so the fixture arrives with every option working.
Burn-In and Sensor Check
Every fixture completes a burn-in cycle. Units ordered with a motion sensor also run a sensor function test before packing.
