Corrosion-Resistant Glass LED High Bay Lights

High bays with a glass lens in place of a PC cover. Glass transmits more light, holds its clarity where PC hazes and yellows, and stands up to chemical-laden air. Seven series from 100W to 500W.

Why Glass Instead of PC

In plants with chemical vapor, salt air, or aggressive cleaning, PC covers haze, yellow, and lose transmission year by year. Glass is optically superior from day one and stays that way.

Higher Transmission, Lower Light Loss

The optical transparency of glass is superior to PC covers, with a higher light transmission rate that reduces light loss and raises the actual illuminance and uniformity on the floor.

Clarity That Survives the Environment

Glass keeps its surface and transmission where PC degrades under chemical exposure and UV, so the fixture holds its specified output across its service life in corrosive atmospheres.

Seven Series Around One Glass Lens

HB51 covers 100 to 240W in a compact housing. HB53 and HB54 reach 500W with an integrated driver and reflector options. HB52, HB53B, and HB54B pair the same power range with an external driver box for projects that specify Philips, MOSO, Inventronics, or Mean Well gear. HB55 adds seven beam distributions, from a 25° spot to T2-M, T3-M, and T4-M roadway optics, plus power and CCT adjustment.

Checked From Lens to Driver

Glass lens fixtures run on the same assembly line as our standard high bays, with added verification for the lens seat and the driver configuration.

Glass Lens Seat and Seal Check

Every glass lens is inspected for seating and gasket compression, and the fixture passes an IP65 sealing check before it moves down the line.

Driver Configuration Per Order

The specified driver brand, integrated or external, is fitted and verified against the order, including DALI and D4i versions.

Burn-In and Output Test

Every fixture completes a burn-in cycle, and luminous output is checked against the rated efficacy. HB55 units also run a power and CCT selection test.

Where the Air Attacks the Fixture

Facilities where chemical vapor, salt, or humidity in the air degrades standard PC-covered fixtures.

Chemical Processing

Airborne vapors that cloud and craze PC covers leave glass untouched.

Electroplating & Metal Finishing

Acid and alkali mist above the lines calls for a glass lens and sealed housing.

Coastal Facilities

Salt-laden air corrodes fixtures from the outside in, season after season.

Mining & Ore Processing

Dust, moisture, and vibration in industrial and mining environments.

Other High Bay Series

If your facility has zones with different operating conditions, these series may fit other areas of your site.
