What Glare Does to Detail Work
On assembly and inspection floors, workers look up into bare LED arrays hundreds of times a shift. Eye strain follows, and inspection errors rise. These three series hold UGR at 22, 19, or 16, each verified on a goniophotometer.
Three Verified UGR Tiers
Each series uses a UGR glass lens shaped for its glare target. HB90 reaches ≤22, HB91 reaches ≤19, and HB92 reaches ≤16 for the most demanding inspection tasks.
Low Glare, Full Output
Diffuser-based glare control usually costs lumens. These glass lenses keep efficacy at 130 to 160 lm/W across the range, so the floor stays bright and the glare stays low.

Steps for Low-UGR Reliability
Glass Lens Alignment Check
Each UGR glass lens is seated and aligned by gauge. A fraction of a degree of tilt shifts the beam pattern and changes the UGR value.
Goniophotometer Batch Verification
Sampled units from every batch are measured on a goniophotometer. The UGR figure on your spec sheet comes from measured data, recorded in the batch report.
Burn-In Plus Function Check
Every fixture completes a burn-in cycle. Sensor-equipped HB90 units also run a detection test before packing.
