The most expensive LED fixture is the one you have to replace.
In a warehouse, a factory, or a cold storage facility, changing a light is a production event. You schedule a scissor lift or a scaffolding crew. You cordon off the area. Operations pause. The labor and downtime cost runs well past the price of the fixture itself.
A five-year warranty means you schedule that scissor lift far less often. Fewer replacements, lower total cost. That is the math behind our standard coverage.

Five years, standard
Every CHIM industrial fixture ships with a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers the full fixture: housing, driver, LED source, and seals. A replacement unit ships if a covered component fails under normal operating conditions.
One year, direct replacement
In the first year after delivery, a confirmed defect is resolved with a replacement unit. No repair loop, no refurbishment offer. A new unit leaves our dock.
Extended coverage for demanding projects
For projects that require longer coverage, we extend the warranty to seven or ten years by agreement. The extended term is supported by upgraded components with longer rated lifespans. Terms are negotiated and locked before production begins.
Support continues after the warranty period ends.
After the coverage period ends, we continue to support your installed base. Failed units are repaired at component-level cost. We keep critical spare parts, including drivers, LED modules, and seal kits, in stock for discontinued models.
A light that came from our line is supported for as long as you have it in service. That is the commitment.
